RGREEN INVEST and Renalfa to create €800 mln JV with €200 mln investment

RGREENINVEST, through its INFRAGREEN equity funds, and Renalfa Solarpro Group have reached an agreement to establish anew joint venture (JV) company, Renalfa Power Clusters (RPC). Both sponsors are jointly committing€200 million in equity to the company, which will finance the construction of an €800 million pipeline of large hybrid RES assets in Romania and Poland.
